The base all uses green electricity production, the implementation of green energy plans, low-carbon production technology, zero carbon cycle model, so that the factory has a comprehensive zero carbon emission performance.
The operation of Huaian's zero-carbon intelligent manufacturing base cannot be separated from the strong support of the new energy industry. In Lianshui County, Huai 'an City, Jiangsu province, windmills more than 180 meters high rotate in the wind, continuously converting wind energy into electricity. The wind power project will be connected to the grid in the first half of 2024, is China's first 180-meter ultra-high mixing tower batch commercial project, the first phase of the annual on-grid electricity of more than 500 million KWH, carbon reduction of more than 400,000 tons/year, the glass fiber used in the production of blades are from the boulder. Some of the green electricity generated by wind turbines is transmitted to Huaian zero-carbon intelligent manufacturing base for glass fiber production, and the other part enters the national grid and is transmitted to thousands of households to achieve green production and domestic power supply.
